Accessing results
Reports are delivered via secure messaging (Medical Objects / HealthLink) or your preferred method. For urgent or significant findings, our radiologists will contact you directly by phone.
A secure online portal for referrers to view patient images and reports directly is coming soon. In the meantime, please contact us directly for image access.
Referral forms
Referring your patient to ProScan Radiology is simple:
- Complete a standard imaging referral, including relevant clinical history.
- Send via secure messaging, fax or e-referral.
- We'll contact your patient directly to arrange their appointment.
For lung cancer screening referrals: please indicate smoking history (pack-years) and confirm the patient meets program eligibility criteria on the referral.
